A private fee is charged for new patients attending their first appointment at the practice. Further appointments will be bulk billed when booked with a bulk billing doctor and the patients holds either a valid Pension Card, Health Care Card or Commonwealth Seniors Card.
Payment is required on the day of your consultation when (with your consent) the claim will be transmitted to Medicare for the rebate to be deposited directly to your bank account, usually within 48hours.
Some unlisted procedures will incur a private fee, please ask reception staff when making your appointment.
Failure to attend a booked appointment incurs the DNA fee. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know in advance, to avoid being charged.
